Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours for your crypto to reflect depending on the protocol of the chain, slippage and liquidity.

NO! Do not attempt this as you will lose your crypto and once lost, it cannot be recovered. It is important to make sure that you send your crypto to wallets of a similar nature. E.g. ERC20 to ERC20 tokens, BEP-20 to BEP-20 tokens etc. We are however working on a cross-chain swap that will allow our users to swap their assets for others, for e.g. swapping Bitcoin (BTC) to Ethereum and many other variations.

You will be required to verify your account the moment you reach your monthly limits. Please see Tosa daily and monthly limits here. Our system will guide you on which information and documents to complete.

No. At the moment you cannot.

You can only do so if you delete your account. However we may still keep your data for reporting to authorities.

You can withdraw your crypto to another wallet or bank account before you close your account. If your account is frozen due to internal or external investigations, then you will have to wait until that is over for you to withdraw.
